About

Hi, I’m Natasha

I’m an author, a trained mindfulness teacher and the founder of Sparkling Leaf.

Why I do this

I’m passionate about helping the younger generation, as well as adults, because of my own mental health struggles as a child, teen and young adult. I experienced low self-worth, anxiety, and often felt caught up in my own mind and thoughts. I know firsthand the implications of this – I have lived it! The techniques I have learned have truly changed my world, and I want to pass them on.

Sparkling Leaf is about mindfulness, self-kindness and self-belief. It’s about growing stronger minds, with love and empowerment at its core.

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Research and a degree in Psychology, and I combine that professional foundation with creativity, warmth and a love of storytelling to create warm, engaging spaces where children feel heard, valued and empowered.
